The newly developed curved hook spatula serves two purposes. The curved hook is used to twist the ORTOGRIP loop and the spatula end is used to apply the covering of 2-component plastic. This tool is made of the best stainless steel to RUCK's high quality standards.

The ORTOGRIP professional starter set is an excellent starting point for the modern, professional treatment of many nail problems. The starter set contains the 6-part basic brace assortment and 5 loops with wire thicknesses of 0.25, 0.30 and 0.40 mm, allowing the brace to be adjusted multiple times. It also includes the RUCK® NAIL CORRECTION adhesive, activator and 2-component plastic for nail prostheses. The plastic offers excellent coverage and sealing of the wire ends of the loop, including complete coverage or partial replacement of the nail plate. Stay in the loop! With the ORTOGRIP professional instrument set you have exactly the right tools for professional nail correction. There is the new curved hook spatula – one end twists the loop while the spatula is used to apply the covering of 2-component plastic. The silicone mixing vessel is provided for mixing. The double-ended nail lifter is used for examination of the nail fold and for inserting tamponades, the needle-nose pliers for bending, and the wire cutters with carbide-tipped blades for cleanly cutting the wire ends.

These round adjustable pliers were developed by RUCK. They easily and accurately adjust the end hooks of the GOLDSTADT professional as well as other makes of brace, such as Ross Fraser. 2 different round elements (1.0 mm and 1.5 mm radius) to bend the end loop. The third round element (4.0 mm radius) gives the brace the necessary pre-tension / curvature. The flat element is used for some of the flat nose pliers work (e.g. bending the bracket of an end loop). It therefore covers a unique range of bending jobs required in nail correction. Made of the best quality stainless steel.

RUCK® NAIL CORRECTION cleaner is used for the essential preparation of the nail surface before every brace application. It is important for the nail surface to be free from grease and residue, especially before applying RUCK® NAIL CORRECTION activator and adhesive. The cleaner does this gently but thoroughly.
